01 Web, Conversion & Funnels

Every marketing dollar you spend ends up on a page. That page decides what the dollar was worth.

Ads, emails, posts, search: every channel does the same thing in the end: it sends a person to a page. If that page answers their real questions, the dollar multiplies. If it doesn't, the dollar dies quietly, and no amount of extra traffic fixes it. ELEVYNX builds websites, landing pages, and funnels as conversion systems: designed around what your buyer needs to know to say yes, and wired into the ads before them and the follow-up after them.

The foundation layer. In our model, it gets fixed first, before any budget goes into traffic.

System 03The Pages Every Other Dollar Depends On

02 The Challenge

Why Websites and Funnels Quietly Fail.

01 / The false diagnosis

Traffic arrives. Revenue does not.

A company runs ads, publishes content, and earns search traffic. When few leads and fewer sales follow, the instinct is to blame the audience, creative, or channel. Often the traffic is not the real problem.

02 / The buyer's first minute

The page leaves the important questions unanswered.

  • What exactly is this?
  • Is it for someone like me?
  • What does it cost?
  • Why this company?
  • What happens if I click?
03 / The cosmetic fix

A redesign can make the same problem prettier.

New visuals and motion do not change conversion when nobody maps what the buyer needs to learn, in what order, to feel safe taking the next step. Reformatting the same message produces the same outcome in better clothes.

04 / The invisible leak

Even a good page fails inside a broken journey.

No smaller next step for a curious visitor. A form followed by silence. A calendar nobody confirms. These gaps lose persuadable buyers between tools, where no single dashboard makes the loss obvious.

A page is not a brochure, and a funnel is not a template. They are a system for moving a real person from curious to convinced.

03 The Core Argument

Fixing conversion is the only move that upgrades every channel at once.

01

One fix, every channel.

Improve your ads and your ads improve. Improve your SEO and your SEO improves. But improve the page they all land on, and everything improves simultaneously: ads, email, social, search, referrals. Doubling a landing page's conversion rate halves the cost per lead on every channel that feeds it, on the same day it ships. Nothing else in marketing has that leverage.

02

The math is brutally simple.

Say 1,000 visitors a month reach your site and 2% become leads: 20 leads. Getting to 4%, an entirely normal outcome for a page rebuilt around the buyer's actual questions, means 40 leads from the same 1,000 visitors. Zero new ad spend. The alternative route to 40 leads is doubling your traffic budget, forever. This is why conversion work comes first in our model: every dollar spent on traffic before the foundation is fixed buys leads at double the price they need to cost.

03

This is why the foundation comes first.

In every ELEVYNX engagement, this layer gets audited and fixed before budget scales into any channel. Not because it's the glamorous part — it isn't — but because sending paid traffic into a leaking page is the most expensive mistake in marketing, and we refuse to make it with your money. Foundation first. Then fuel. That order is the whole reason our systems scale when budget is added instead of breaking.

04 The ELEVYNX Approach

We design the journey before we design the page.

1. The buyer's questions come before the wireframe.

Every build starts with a simple exercise most web projects skip: listing every question your buyer needs answered, and every doubt they need resolved, before they'll take the next step. What is this exactly? Is it for my situation? What does it cost? Why you and not the competitor I just looked at? What happens after I click? The page structure is then built as the answer sequence, in the order the buyer needs it. Design comes after — and serves it.

2. The message is written before the design is drawn.

Copy is not something poured into a finished layout. The words are the page: the headline that makes the right visitor feel found, the proof that earns belief, the offer framing that makes the next step feel small and safe. We write it first (drawing directly on the positioning work from our Brand pillar when it exists), then design around it. Pages built words-first convert differently, and the difference is measurable.

3. Every visitor gets a next step — including the ones not ready to buy.

Most sites are built only for the 3% ready to act today, with nothing for the 97% who are interested but not ready. We design the full journey: the small step (a guide, a quiz, a calculator, a lead magnet) for the curious, the medium step (a case study, a comparison) for the evaluating, the direct step (book, buy, apply) for the ready. Each captured, each fed into follow-up that keeps them moving. No dead ends.

4. Changes are tested, not opined.

Once live, improvement runs on evidence: behavior data shows where visitors hesitate and where they leave; changes ship as structured tests with a hypothesis and a success bar; winners stay and losers teach. This is how conversion compounds (a few points at a time, month after month) instead of lurching from redesign to redesign every three years on someone's taste.

5. Built connected, on both sides.

Because we also run the traffic and build the follow-up, nothing here exists in isolation. Landing pages match the ads that feed them: same promise, same language, no jarring gap that kills trust. Forms route instantly into the CRM and nurture sequences from our RevOps pillar. Booking flows confirm, remind, and recover no-shows automatically. The page isn't the destination; it's the connection point of the whole system, and we own both sides of it.

05 The Three Sub-Services

Specialized disciplines to convert traffic into revenue.

  • Conversion-first design and development
  • All copywriting: homepage, services, about, every page written to answer buyer questions
  • Mobile experience treated as primary, not adapted
  • Page speed and performance optimization
  • Technical SEO foundations — structure, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals
  • Analytics installed properly on day one, so improvement has a baseline
3.2

Web Discipline

Funnels & Landing Pages

Dedicated conversion paths for every offer and campaign. From the first click to the booked call or purchase, with a step for every readiness level.

What's Included

  • Landing pages purpose-built for each campaign and audience, matched to the ad that feeds them
  • Full funnel design: opt-in to nurture to conversion, mapped for your specific business
  • Lead magnets, quizzes, calculators, and content offers that capture demand earlier
  • Booking funnels — calendar, qualification questions, confirmations, reminders
  • Checkout and purchase flow optimization for e-commerce and digital offers
  • Thank-you and post-conversion pages that set up the next step instead of ending the story
3.3

Web Discipline

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Systematic, evidence-driven improvement of the pages you already have. More revenue from the traffic you're already paying for.

What's Included

  • Full conversion audit: where visitors hesitate, where they leave, and why
  • Behavior analysis: heatmaps, session recordings, scroll and click data
  • Message and offer testing — headlines, proof, CTAs, pricing presentation
  • Form and checkout optimization — removing every unnecessary point of friction
  • Structured A/B testing program with documented hypotheses and results
  • Monthly reporting in revenue terms: conversion rate, cost per lead, value per visitor

A visitor gives you about sixty seconds. Here's what they need from you in that time.

0:05Is this what I'm looking for?
0:15Do they work with businesses like mine?
0:30Can I trust them?
0:45What does it roughly cost?
0:60What exactly happens if I click?
The 60-Second SequenceValidated
The OutcomeMultiples of its old conversion rate.

Not a design outcome. An information outcome.

Behind every conversion is a person doing quiet math: Is this what I'm looking for? Do they work with businesses like mine? Can I trust them? What does it roughly cost? What exactly happens if I click this button? Most pages fail because they answer the company's favorite questions: our story, our values, our features — instead of the visitor's actual ones. The visitor doesn't complain. They just leave, and buy from whoever answered.

So before we build or fix any page, we write out the complete question list for that specific buyer at that specific stage — and then we check the page against it, ruthlessly. Every unanswered question is a leak. Every answer delivered out of order is friction. Every claim without proof is a doubt we created ourselves.

This sounds simple. It is. It's also the discipline almost nobody applies — because it requires knowing the buyer deeply enough to write their questions, and honest enough to admit the current page doesn't answer them. When it's applied, the same traffic starts converting at multiples of its old rate — and that's not a design outcome. It's an information outcome, delivered through design.

07 Intelligence

The measurement runs underneath. The judgment stays human.

Behavior analysis at scale.

Heatmaps, session recordings, and drop-off analysis across thousands of visits reveal what no opinion can: where attention actually goes, where hesitation actually happens, which section loses which audience. Fixes get targeted at evidence, not guesses.

Testing with statistical discipline.

Every test runs to a defined significance threshold before it's called. No declaring winners after three days of noise. Results are documented, so the system gets smarter with every test instead of relitigating old opinions.

Personalization where it earns its keep.

Where traffic volume justifies it, pages adapt to context: the ad that brought the visitor, the industry they're from, returning versus new. Applied selectively and measured honestly, because personalization that isn't measured is just complexity.
