Ownership
You notice a problem in your area and fix it, rather than waiting to be told.
Careers / operator standard
Everyone here is accountable for a client’s actual result, not just their own task list. If that sounds like more responsibility than a typical job, it is, and that’s exactly who we’re looking for.
See how we workHow we work
There’s no layer between strategy and execution. The person who plans the work does the work, which means you’re never just implementing someone else’s decisions without understanding why they were made.
Every engagement runs on the same operating rhythm: diagnose, plan, build, scale. You always know where a client’s system stands and what’s next.
We say the honest thing internally the same way we say it to clients. If something isn’t working, the expectation is that you raise it, not that you wait for someone senior to notice.
What we look for
Good intent is a starting point. These are the behaviors that make someone dependable when the answer is not obvious.
You notice a problem in your area and fix it, rather than waiting to be told.
You would rather do fewer things properly than many things averagely.
You can tell a client or teammate an uncomfortable truth calmly and clearly.
You want to understand why a client’s system is built the way it is, not just execute the ticket in front of you.
Open roles
We keep this list honest. There are no current openings, but we are always interested in meeting thoughtful operators before the right role exists.
When a role opens, it will appear here with the team, location, and a direct application path. Until then, tell us what you would want to own.
Make the case
Send us what you’d want to work on and why. We read every one of these personally.
